Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in Hanoi. Every detail there was good, including staff and location. Positioned in the downtown area, very close to the city center as well as the train tracks.

The food was yummy, service was exemplary and the view was pleasant! Room was budget & lovely beds. The staff were very supportive every time you dealt with them. Unbelievable location for Hanoi. I went to a perfect restaurant and enjoyed the Ligurian dishes.

Exceptional location and staff. And it also had panoramic view. And btw it was very comfortable and had perfectly comfortable beds. I used private parking nearby.
